Navbar too big for phone screen

Hi,
The navbar is too big for phone screens, so that you an scroll horizontally.
I would suggest to completely collapse the navbar on small screens.
Tested on a Pixel 6 with Firefox.

• Wakapi version: 2.9.3 runnig in a docker container

As a quick fix, made the menu bar items wrap in small screens. Will be included in the next release. You might have to clear your browser cache for the change to take effect immediately.
