资源版本问题 #13

场景如下
mongo 存储的：
powerNode version 0.1.0
运行的 power app
power app version 0.2.0

0.2.0 与 0.1.0 之间有 migration

目前已有机制
power app hook 来的时候，会执行 0.1.0 升级到 0.2.0 migration

但如果 powerNode 在升级应用 0.2.0 后未更新过，存储的仍然是 0.1.0 格式的数据
这种情况下如果程序依赖 getContext 等 api 进行数据处理
则需要开发者自行处理查询条件，且无法只使用某一版本的数据

TODO：需要一种机制去更新非活跃的旧数据
