In step 2, should the data folder of the Multi-Xscience dataset repo go in your “dataset” directory? Or should it sit in the root?
In step 3, on what DyGIE++ model and data should we train? Can we use a pre-trained model directly on Multi-Xscience? If so, which one? Again, what is the directory/file structure for the DyGIE++ component within your root folder?
Many thanks
Patrick
