Guys,
Have you considered using https://github.com/webpack/css-loader#local-scope instead of inline styles?
This concept is actually closer to what angular 2 is having now.
As for implementation https://github.com/gajus/react-css-modules can be used to get both browserify (using https://github.com/css-modules/css-modulesify ) or webpack build.

@mbrookes this is rather a suggestion for enchantment. Gitter is great for ongoing discussion. Unfortunately it is pretty hard to track resolution in it.
