[DatePicker & TimePicker] Why does the DatePicker and TimePicker shift a bit to the side when closed?

I literally just copied the code from the documents. My page also has some sort of scrollbar, but that shouldn't be a problem because the documents also have a scrollbar.

Whenever I close an opened TimePicker, it literally just shifts to the side like ~10px then animates up as normal. That small shift to the left really annoys me and I don't know how to fix this
