Add Barcode & QRCode & scanner component

Summary

I'm opening this issue to test to get an idea of the interest for this component. There is already coverage in the open-source space:

But maybe the community would appreciate to have MUI bring:

• A React Server Component, solving: The size in webpack lindell/JsBarcode#200
• A more customizable rendering, solving: Allow different Body Shape, Eye Frame Shape, and Eye Ball Shape. zpao/qrcode.react#124

Motivation

The idea would be to make the QR Code generation open source. Get maximum adoption, going in more depth than the existing open-source options.

Then introduce paid features. Ideas of those:
