  1. Live demo button to be replaced by Get started CTA. It should take users to the docs section.
  2. Self-host button to be removed.
  3. Current demo to replaced with Product demo video for Toolpad#13 #1534
  4. Other obsolete info to be fixed.
  5. Examples section to be refined.
