Error when create new directory - V13_0_201019_194252 #154

I can't edit existing directory-names.
And I can only create new directory-names when I create Subdirectories inside an existing directory.

when I try to create a new directory I get the following error:

Something went wrong !
dms.directory(<NewId 0x7fa79f149a90>,).parent_id
