Install the latest version of data-weave-intellij-plugin plugin in 2024.1 RC: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/nextversion/

Same for me. All configurations disappear from the list.
before installation /after pluging removal:
scr_20240408T04_56_54
when plugin installed:
scr_20240408T04_57_25
