Please consider renaming bin/annotate since it conflicts with other packages #217

"annotate" is a common word, and the libgd package also installs such executable.

Could you please, perhaps, rename all bin commands and add a prefix, for example "mummer-annotate"?

This would eliminate conflicts like this.
