helmfile-operator as of today reconciles one k8s deployment for helmfile-applier per Helmfile custom resource so that the applier can periodically runs diff/apply.

This is useful to avoid skews due to manual changes. But in case a user doesn't care much about skews this is just a waste of computing resource.

Adding a "oneshot" mode to helmfile-applier resolves it. Probably the mode should be enabled via a command-line flag of helmfile-operator.
