The features field is somewhat outdated. We should add the following:

  • whether the runner produces inline numbers in feedback
  • whether the runners uses line numbers with proper offset
  • whether the runners exposes custom assets - and which assets it exposes. This field may be outside features, actually.
  • which inspections it supports
