(Windows) version 3.2.3

At one point, I changed the download provider to yt-dlp.exe. That worked fine.

However, now I'd like to change it back to youtube-dl.exe . If I type that in, or browse to select it, it appears in the download provider field, but as soon as I leave the menu, it returns back to yt-dlp.exe . Yes, I did click Save.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I can't replicate it.

What you could try to do is delete the YtdlType line in the youtube-dl-gui.ini file, and then retry it, but otherwise I'd need to see the entire ini file to do more testing.
