Score corrupted when entering notes in parts

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create score with multiple instruments
2. Open parts
3. Enter some notes into any but the topmost part (from the part itself)
4. Return to score; the bar(s) that were changed in the part will be empty and unselectable

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds
