Undo of bar part deletion breaks playback sync for 2nd voice

Description with steps to reproduce

Didn't use to be this way, but GitHub disallows mkv/mp4, so you get a zip: undo breaks.zip

1. 2-voiced bars
2. delete part of a bar
3. undo
4. the next bar forwards 2nd voice playback is relative to the pre-undo state, visual sync is a mess as well

What is the latest version of MuseScore Studio where this issue is present?

OS: Arch Linux, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.4-243461245, revision: github-musescore-musescore-2232670

Arch: musescore-bin (very displeased the 1st-party package is broken, and have to use a 3rd-party binary blob), muse-sounds-manager-bin
