DefineBitsLossless format=4 code path is untested #12

Using Flash CS5, I haven't been able to create a test movie that writes out:
SwiffTagDefineBitsLossless, format 4 (24bpp)

Hence, sCreateImage_RGB_555() in SwiffBitmapDefinition.m is untested
