Recovering data from a two-way-delete

Hi!

So…if you somehow delete all your alpha files because you deleted them on your beta…can they be recovered even after you've started to reclone your repo and started again?

I still see files on SSH and my local laptop in ~/.mutagen caches/archives with timestamps that look useful…but I'm not sure if there's a way to tell mutagen to reset back to a specific cache/archive?
