Add a CSS variable for --media-text-color

I was attempting to override the color of the controls with #f97316 in the "basic" example:

    --media-icon-color: #f97316;
    --media-range-bar-color: #f97316;
  }
</style>

^ Everything looks good, except I don't have a way to change the color of the text to match the icons

Seems like maybe there's a --media-text-color (better name?) missing? I couldn't find any appropriate vars in the docs

So this actually can be solved by setting color on the element. so it's not a blocker, but still feels like there's a missing --media- var for controlling this

  --media-range-thumb-background: #f97316;

--media-text-color, --media-icon-color are now available in 0.21. In addition, there's --media-primary-color to set both and other ancillary colors by default that won't get set if you only set media-icon-color or media-text-color.
