Errors in the balance every 5-10 days

I noticed that every 5-10 days my real balance is less than what the app reports, so I started checking that. It is like the app randomly fails to do the calculation when I enter some transactions, registering those transactions anyway. So, I get the right history but the wrong balance.
I use Greenify to keep my phone (a Nexus 4) running, and since it ships Lollipop I had to make it halt the apps some minutes after I lock the screen; could it be that it is why I have those errors, like as the app cannot write its DB

+? I think that would be strange, since all other apps seem to have not this issue.
However, I tried doing a backup, disabling Greenify and resetting all the data. Let's see what happens.
