Does MVT-iOS extract "encapsulation protocol" histroy?

I spoke with a rep who sold spyware to see if they could help me understand how their spyware works (I'm working on my own phone, it's been compromised) and this is what they told me:

"Briefly on how it works you will need to put the phone number in the required field into your dashboard and system will capture the data using encapsulation protocol and advanced remote connection features"

It's a seemingly reputable spyware brand but would any MVT-iOS files contain data of whatever the rep is talking about?
