I installed MVT on Windows and try to download APK, but MVT says No device found even with my phone linked to my computer. What should I do?

After I opened USB debug, mvt-android throws LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED [-12]. I tried Zadig but that don't work, and have a issue in Zadig repo without any reply until now. what should I do other than using WSL (I've installed the entire environment in Windows)?
