@Akib2002 , you could follow this path toward some sort of setup of this software
cd BetterAndroRAT/Panel/Index/setup

Keep in mind, many of the files its setup folder has are in php , which by itself is ok. However, there are .vb components (.NET framework based files basically) , which I found very very sketchy. I'm sorry, I wish I could help you manually figure an install guide, but I'm personally not gonna touch this. 0 commits in 3 years.
