Re-enable following 2 test cases on PVC because they got passed with 20220522 DPCPP compiler and prerelease-467 GPU driver on PVC-XT B4 2T: llvm_test_suite_sycl/plugin_retain_events (XDEPS-3922) llvm_test_suite_sycl/hierpar_hier_par_wgscope_o0 (XDEPS-3600)
