The PCM channel for M86 files doesn't work at all.

Thanks for taking interest! Unfortunately P86DRV is currently not implemented at all.

The reason for the PMD implementation being so incomplete is because it was implemented later, since the original purpose of this project was for me to understand the FMP format which was considerably less documented than PMD.

However after abandoning it for years it seems that I finally might be able to dedicate some time to this project again, and I will try to tackle the issues that have accumulated one by one.
