Pdk instance error when installing the module

What went wrong?

When attempting to install the module by clicking "upload a module" and dragging the myparcelnl-prestashop-4.0.0.zip in it gives an error:
Pdk instance must be set to use facades.
[MyParcelNL\Pdk\Base\Exception\InvalidFacadeException 0]

Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to module manager in PS
2. Click on 'upload a module'
3. Drag the zip file in and it gives this error

It took some searching, but we may have implemented the solution in a new version of the plugin: https://github.com/myparcelnl/prestashop/releases/tag/v4.1.0
