[Open5GS] Improvements to enable 5GC support. #3

The focus so far has been on LTE EPC support, but the container should be able to support 5G core functions with:

Install all packages, but prevent Mongodb being pulled in.
Update init script so it can start the other components
Check for other configuration dependencies — e.g. as with UPF and tun_if.py — and add support as necessary
