Update RSS icon link as radius box updated #3620

On an alert list page if you fill in the radius box and click "Give me an RSS feed" it gives you one for the requested radius, but if you click the RSS icon to the side (as that is fixed at page load time) you still get the default radius. Would be nice little thing to update its URL as you edit the box (reported by user who thought it would do this).
