Do you have a guide on publishing to the Mac App Store?

The guide on AvaloniaUI is years out of date and now wrong in so many areas. The suggestion I got from raising an Issue is basically the same as discord "this is not an avaloniaui issue" - I did get told to look at how MAUI does it, but they use VS for Mac which is now discontinued.

I see you have some scripts to help build the layout, but I'm looking for something that actually goes through the process and is up-to-date. Anything come to mind ?

PupNet doesn't support MacOS deployment.

Apple has pretty extensive documentation on how to do it... kind of scary read

Then I heard that it can take months to approve and they can refuse for whatever reason without explanations.
