EULA

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “Licensee”)
and the copyright holder of the MRtwin code (“Copyright Holder”) made available on GitHub (“Code”).
By accessing or using the Code, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

  License Grant
The Copyright Holder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Code for non-commercial purposes only.

  Restrictions
You shall not use the Code or derivative works of it for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to,
selling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing the Code for any fee or other consideration.

  Ownership
The Code is proprietary to the Copyright Holder and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Code is licensed, not sold.

  Termination
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the Code and destroy all copies of the Code in your possession.

  Disclaimer of Warranties
The Code is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The Copyright Holder does not warrant that the Code will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Code will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Copyright Holder be liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to,
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption)
arising out of the use or inability to use the Code, even if the Copyright Holder has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Code was created,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

  Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Copyright Holder with respect to the use of the Code
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Copyright Holder.

Acknowledgement
By using the Code, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
