Make grgit dependency version configurable #135

To avoid the issues like #133 , we should allow the plugin to work with any grgit library available in the system and will use a default version of none is available. Something like User Override Library Version (page 19, https://www.slideshare.net/ysb33r/idiomatic-gradle-plugin-writing-56121903)
