问题描述
现在需要打开软件后手动开启周期性一键批量下载，需求场景是开机自动启动软件，自动开启周期任务，不需要人为干预就可以监控收藏夹下载，也是防止这台电脑意外重启后没办法及时手动开启周期性任务
