Upload livery via admin

Tried to upload a livery for a fleet aircraft via admin then fleet then edit the particular fleet type.
I enter the name Zibo_B737-800X, description ZiboMod B738 Admiralty Air Livvery with URL blank.
I then select the file to upload, it waits for a short bit while it uploads the file. (file size 79,930kb) then prints the error listed in the link below.

This happens every time I try it.
