Manually associate synonyms for all past events

Description

Once all eventIDs backfilled, we need to put together a list of synonyms from the archive.

Acceptance Criteria

• collect list of events with multiple names in a spreadsheet
• script to ingest spreadsheet into database tables

On hold - We should parse all subjects searching for eventID regex, and preliminary synonym groups should have same YYMMDD.

Use legacy GCN Circulars archive sorted by event (https://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/selected.html) to find all associated circ IDs and get associated eventIDs.

After getting circ ID parsing for eventIDs working, I realized that it looks like the legacy archive are just sorted by event name except for a handful of LV cases where it's labeled as a "(aka G123456)" label. "aka" can be searched for manually and entered once the synonym moderation interface is in place. Manual curation of synonyms for EP transients will require combing through the circulars archive.
