I'm not sure about all of those deletions, which seem to be mostly file metadata? I opened the notebook in the github.dev editor and just changed the extraction of rh metrics in lines 1708 - 1710. Hope this didn't change anything else in the visualization of the notebook.
I visually compared the original with my corrected version and was not able to find any unexpected changes.
