📌 Can I use the digital certificate and details entered in Credly to apply for legalization at the US embassy in my country? ⁉️
📌And can I get the document translated into my local language and stamped to certify the translation is correct? ⁉️
📌Do I need to ask TOPS to certify the documents first?

I personally do not have an answer to this question so I was going to run it by the project office team to get their thoughts. But if you feel like you have what you need now, then no problem at all. No problem @bluesky8885. After discussing this with the team, TOPS cannot offer direct involvement regarding certification of documents, or provide official commentary on applying for a visa / residency. Our recommendation is to speak to your local embassy and they will be able to tell you definitively the types of certifications that may help and other requirements. uscis.gov and the U.S department of state websites should also be good resources.
