In testing a build for the Schisto project I've noticed that uninstalling InVEST on Windows, leaves behind resources/Miniforge3/pkgs/ which contains some setuptools folders.

As far as I can tell I didn't have any hanging processes or resources open that would have prevented this. Everything else under the InVEST program directory was removed.

I tested this and got a complete uninstallation. No files left behind in the program's directory. My installation was at C:\Program Files\InVEST 3.14.2.post387+g366216a2f Workbench
