There are 2 cells at the bottom, the one above the one you're showing logs you in (where it says notebook_login(). you must run it before the last cell, otherwise you're not authenticated with the Hugging Face Hub.. the error message is telling you exactly that.

Can you try again, running both cells, and see if that works for you please?
