Currently only supports Piper Arrow III

The app requires 4 ordered arguments:
- Outside air temp (celsius)
- Field elevation (ft)
- Aircraft takeoff weight (lbs)
- Headwind (positive kts) or tailwind (negative knots)
Example:

Resulting executable will be available in target/release/aircraft-performance
