Provide toggle to disable cop-and-paste

Provide a toggle to disable the ability to copy-and-paste content from within lstlisting environments. This could be useful for trainers who would prefer their trainees to type all the commands by hand.

This could be implemented using the same feature used to prevent the copy-and-paste of line numbers in the lstlisting environment.
