I'm working Bioconda release, and noticed the VERSIONs in the perl modules are 0.01 (Example: https://github.com/nawrockie/Bio-Easel/blob/master/lib/Bio/Easel.pm#L17)

our $VERSION = '0.01';

Should this be 0.15 to match the current version (https://github.com/nawrockie/Bio-Easel/releases/tag/Bio-Easel-0.15)?
