Pack everything up in a nice Makefile #1

  • find out, if make is installed by default on a new Mac. Maybe there has to be xcode installed
  • write a good makefile, with instuctions and outputs only when neccessary, maybe hide some outputs and so on
  • write way nicer but still good instructions
