I configured the environment according to the description in the readme, but encountered some problems that prevented me from running it successfully.

1. I installed ruby ​​2.5.5, but I couldn't install rails (I installed the older nokogiri but it still reported an error. I'm a novice and don't know how to solve this problem)
   
   

2. After I ran bundle install, I found that some of the dependencies specified in Gemfile.lock are older and have been removed by the author. Can you update the lock file?
   

Other information:
I run the project in an Ubuntu virtual machine. I don’t know if it will have any impact
