Modify the species page code to indicate whether tabs have content or not (e.g. by making the tab text gray instead of black), and put some standard text in place soliciting content contributions.

I will make the changes to the phavu directory only and have Ken migrate the changes to the other species.

Looks like we have a choice between stating that there is no data for tabs that lack data or disabling the tab. It's not immediately obvious how to use the jquery tabs widget to modify the appearance (e.g. font color) of a particular tab to reflect the contents of the tab. Of the two, I prefer text over disabling the tab. For one thing, it provides the option of telling what sort of data should be there and begging for some, as well as explaining there isn't any (yet).
