Play webcam stream with local SDP file

Hey Guys,
I try to show a Livestream from an Ethernet Webcam in Cordova.
It is an RTSP Stream and ive a sdp file to watch the stream with VLC Player on my Laptop.

Now i want to watch the Stream in my Cordova app for this reason i want to store the sdp file directly on may device and load the stream (IP-Address in local network) by the sdp file.
Do you think this is possible?
