Update comment in environment.yml #657

The environment.yml file currently has a comment saying scores is unavailable from any conda repositories, which is no longer the case. Update the comment to say this uses pip in order to install the all variant, as conda only has the minimal variant. This file is for use by contributors who likely want the all variant dependencies in an environment.
