Hide at custom break points e.g. hide long navigation block

What problem does this address?

As a navigation does not fit into the mobile, table, desktop sizes perfectly, we often need a way to hide a block at a user defined break point. So we can easily alternate between mobile/desktop nav.

What is your proposed solution?

In the past I would put this value into a settings page but placing it directly on the nav block or its container would an be ideal location.
