Split up non skyblock related features into another mod that is bundled by firmament

This won't remove any features from firmament, but instead allow people who want to use some features on non skyblock servers to use a slimmed down version of it.

Feel free to comment any other features you might want in a :

• Toggle sprint
• Custom textures (excluding any skyblock specific predicates)
• The custom ender chest overlay (but customizable for any command like /pv /vault or what other servers might call it)
• Chat image links
• Chat waypoints
