near deploy linktown - sputnik.How do I call the contract in sputnikdao2 when I just did testnet --wasmFile=res/sputnikdao_factory2.wasm?

I found it
const DAO_Contract_INITIAL_CODE: &[u8] = include_bytes!("../../sputnikdao2/res/sputnikdao2.wasm");.
Can you tell me why you implemented it like this?
