Turn on noUnusedLocals

As we recently migrated to workspaces, we enforced strict tsconfig.json rules, but had to left noUnusedLocals behind as in DB types generation there are some unused imports, as already reported in Kanel repo.

We need to have a fix for that to turn back on noUnusedLocals option on tsconfig.json.
