I think we should change code to

for (const signedDelegate of signedDelegates) {
  await fetch(relayerUrl, {
    method: 'POST',
    mode: 'cors',
    body: JSON.stringify(Array.from(encodeSignedDelegate(signedDelegate))),
    headers: new Headers({ 'Content-Type': 'application/json' }),
  });
}
